On April 23, 2023, 805 Productions proudly launched its first production with Nina Girado, otherwise widely known as Asia’s Diamond Soul Siren for her wide vocal range and signature use of the whistle register.
Nina rose to prominence with chart-topping hits such as Jealous, Foolish Heart, and Make You Mine, earning her the Favourite New Artist title at both the Awit Awards and the MTV Pilipinas Music Awards. She further solidified her place in the music industry with her iconic album Nina Live!, certified diamond by PARI, which featured her most successful rendition, Love Moves in Mysterious Ways. Her success continued with Someday, a hit that gained recognition across Asia.
Joining her on stage was special guest Luke Mejares, who first gained recognition as the vocalist of the neo-soul band South Border in 1998 before pursuing a solo career in 2002. His presence added depth and a dynamic layer to the evening’s performances.
Originally scheduled for February 23, the concert was later moved to April 23. Even with the change, we were met with overwhelming support from our community.
Overall, the event was a success, setting the tone for future productions in every aspect—from the quality of performances to the atmosphere and experience created for the community.
